  • Baked jewfish fillet with light mustard sauce
  • Pilaf rice and wok tossed Asian greens

Hot carvery (pre-select two of the following):

  • Rare roasted beef with red wine jus
  • Crisp skin roasted leg of pork
  • Leg of lamb spiked with rosemary and garlic
  • Roast turkey with sage and onion stuffing
  • Accompanied by baby chat potatoes and
