Winemakers Dinners
Welcome to the SKYCITY Darwin Winemaker's Dinner Series for 2010.
The Series features some of Australia’s most prominent winemakers. At each dinner guests will dine on an exquisite menu created specifically by SKYCITY Darwin’s Executive Chef to complement up to 11 wines from the featured vineyard’s cellar.
The Chief Winemaker together with the Executive Chef will provide insights into the wine, the menu, and the reasons for their beautiful compatibility.
